Last year I took Tigrilla Gardenia’s online course: “Reconnect to the Plant Kingdom”.  With my expanded perception, I was inspired to create a mandala collaged from EPIC magazine images to honor the trees and plants.

Perhaps you have also felt this creative urge move within you to try to express your interactions with the trees and plants.

Here, one sees the earth lovingly held to support the innocence of a child flooding the Net of Life woven by the Grandmothers. These pure intentions are sent out to all directions (the symbol of pure intent is on each  woman’s back heart space). Trees stand at 4 directions (3 of which have visual symbols representing food abundance & availability to all).

Sacred language symbols for love & friendship (surrounding the inner perimeter edges), exchange & knowledge (outer intersections of temple points) and healing & remembrance (below the eye) recognize and honor this valuable relationship. K. Aspin, Designer
